- Mid-market and enterprise
- Typical go-live
- Hours to days
How it works
NetSuite holds the ledger; Kuhlekt runs the collections operation. Customers, invoices, credit memos and payments flow from NetSuite into Kuhlekt on a schedule you control, and collection activity, promises and dispute status flow back so NetSuite users see the same picture.
Single-subsidiary NetSuite customers are usually live within a day. OneWorld customers with many subsidiaries and currencies follow a short phased rollout by entity.
What Kuhlekt reads from NetSuite
- Customers, contacts and credit terms
- Open and closed invoices, credit notes and adjustments
- Payments and unapplied cash
- Ageing buckets and balances by entity and currency
- Subsidiary and currency structure for multi-entity reporting
What Kuhlekt writes back
- Collection notes and contact history
- Promise-to-pay dates
- Dispute status and reason codes
- Payment allocations taken through the Kuhlekt portal
Good fit for
- Multi-subsidiary NetSuite OneWorld groups
- High-volume B2B distributors and wholesalers
- Teams that need dispute workflow NetSuite does not provide natively
Frequently asked
- Does Kuhlekt need a NetSuite SuiteApp?
- No. Kuhlekt connects through NetSuite web services or a scheduled saved-search export, so there is nothing to install inside your NetSuite account.
